How will my socks be packaged?

If you order 1 pair of socks, then they will arrive in a zip lock bag inside one of our paper envelopes which will fit through your letterbox. If you order 2+ pairs, then they will arrive in two zip lock bags and dispatched in one of our larger envelopes, which in most letterboxes. For orders over 3+ we will place items in a grey mailing storage bag.

 

Can I recycle the packaging?

You can recycle all our packaging. It’s very important to us as a company that we minimise unnecessary packaging and that what we do use can be recycled.

 

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday. We make every effort to dispatch all orders received on the same working day or the day after. Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

 

Can I amend my order?

We work quickly to dispatch orders. However, if you have made a mistake and you email us quickly at info@veloclassics.co.uk then we may be able to amend it.

 

Do you accept returns?

We will refund the full value of any products purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1) You can return the products in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resellable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received and with any labels and packaging intact. Please note that, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.

 

What is the process for returns?

Please email info@veloclassics.co.uk to notify us of your return. Please package your unworn socks in their original packaging and send them with your order number and contact details to: Veloclassics, 10 Barrington Drive, Ainsdale, Southport, PR8 2PR, UK.
